These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the suxalivon website (suxalivon.com) and to every purchase you make through it. The shop is operated by Ranazon UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Please do not break the law, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, disrupt the website or its security, upload malware or harmful code, use bots, scrapers or other automated tools without our permission, act in a fraudulent or deceptive way, or infringe the rights of others. If you break these rules, we may block your access to the website.

We do our best to describe our products, prices and images accurately. Images are for illustration, and colors can look different depending on your screen. Sizes and measurements can vary slightly, and small variations from the manufacturing process are not defects. Availability can change, and we may correct mistakes in prices, descriptions or stock information.

 

5. Orders and contract

 

The products shown on our website are not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or send your order out. We may decline or cancel orders, for example because of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, and we may limit the quantity per customer. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

All prices are shown in euros and include the statutory VAT where it applies. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before you complete your order. You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout, and payment is due when you place your order.

 

7. Shipping and delivery

 

We deliver to customers in Germany and France. You can find all details in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays or weather.

 

8. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

 

As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Details, including how to return an item and how refunds work, are in our Returns and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

 

9. Defects and warranty

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, your statutory warranty rights apply. Please contact us at support@suxalivon.com with your order number and photos, and we will find a solution with you.

If you submit a review, a testimonial or other content, you give us a nonexclusive, worldwide and free right to use, reproduce and display it for our business and marketing. You confirm that your content is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Otherwise, our liability is excluded.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government action, supply chain disruption, internet outages, labor disputes or pandemics.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
